C.N.C Based Deep Hole Machine for Barrel Manufacturing. – 1 Nos.

The deep-hole drilling machines is used for Making a hole in Barrel and gundrilling which delivers the power we need to machine even the toughest materials with precision and reliability. This machine applies power intelligently, allowing us to drill more accurately and with less risk of damage to your tooling or your work piece.

CNC Gun Drill Machine – 1 Nos.

Gun drilling is a process that produces deep, straight holes in a variety of materials. A gundrill tool differs from a conventional twist drill by its unique head geometry; a standard gundrill has a single effective cutting edge. Guide pads burnish the hole while drilling, allowing the hole to maintain straightness. The result of this burnishing activity is a very round hole with a precision diameter. So it can be used to make a hole in the screw for coolant & make a hole in the barrel too.

Gas Nitriding Furnace(3 Mtrs.) – 1 No.

We have our own nitriding furnace, it is the biggest benefit of us, normally others do nitriding process – total cycle time 96 hrs – 8hrs purging time (with ammonia gas passed through the furnace & inside atmosphere with totally ammonia gas& temperature achieve 530ᵒc) + soaking time 72 hrs. (With 530ᵒc & ammonia gas pressure maintain) + 16 hrs. Cooling time up to 150ᵒc, but we are maintaining soaking time 80 hrs. Instead of 72hrs to get better nitriding hardness & case depth. We maintain 0.5mm in-depth layer of 64 to 68 HRC in Screw & Barrel.

D.R.O Based Boring Machines – 4 Nos.

Our All DRO Based Machines are having complete DRO system, including magnetic tape and reader heads for angular measurements on large rotary tables. Typically, these rotary tables are part of horizontal boring machines and other such machines.

Angular rotation of the table during machining needs precise measurement. This particular need is not completely fulfilled by optical rotary encoder coupled to the table center. Where this system proves useful. Table diameters starting from 300mm are supported and max diameter can be as large as 10meters.

This machine is used to polish soiled or rusty screw of all kinds, or for the removal of cold welds.

The press can efficiently handle round, flat and profile material of different hardnesses. Our hydraulic straightening presses have a compact design with easy stroke control operation. These presses are equipped with all the advanced features and provide great flexibility in operation. Available in either C-frame presses or Gantry style presses, hydraulic straightening presses are mainly used for straightening medium or thick sheet, section, tube or round bar.

Lathe Machine – 17 Nos.

We are using extra heavy duty lathe machine for perfectness in accuracy. This machine is mostly used for turning operation, barrel’s OD turning, Screw material turning. It boosts the production of Screw Barrel Grooved Sleeve and flanges.

Radial Drilling Machine – 3 Nos.

We use this machine to make a hole on flanges.

Drilling is a cutting process that uses a drill bit to cut or enlarge a hole of circular cross-section in solid materials. The drill bit is a rotary cutting tool, often multipoint. The bit is pressed against the work piece and rotated at rates from hundreds to thousands of revolutions per minute.

We have in house facility for tungsten carbide coating. We use standard L&T made rod for Tungsten Carbide Coating. It provides batter life in comparison to powder coating and any other coating.
